Any details provided in the Contact form are used solely for the purpose of contacting you in regards to your query.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account or close your browser, the login cookies will be removed.

OllyCard App
The OllyCard App is part of the Student Management System provided by Accreditation Manager for Bus Operators throughout Australia. Accreditation Manager has limited access to child and guardian personal data and official records.
This data is stored and used in line with the Australian Privacy Principles as described in The Privacy Act (1988). These principles relate to:
- Appropriate collection and use of this data,
- The processing of personal information, and
- The security of the personal data.
Accreditation Manager will ensure that student data is kept secure on Australian servers and that all data collected will be used for the sole purpose of providing OllyCard app Services.
Student Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for the intended use or as required by law. The intended use requires data sharing between the school, the Bus Operator and Accreditation Manager.
Definitions and Interpretations
In this policy, unless the context otherwise requires, the following phrases and words have these meanings:
– Accreditation Manager
A set of management tools commercially available for Bus Operators throughout Australia. Accreditation Manager is a trading name owned by Network North Pty Ltd.
– Bus Operator
The person who is responsible for providing, controlling or directing the operations of the school bus service.
– Data
Each student’s name, morning/afternoon pick-up time and location, as well as each student’s morning/afternoon disembarkation time and location.
– Network North Pty Ltd
Australian Company ACN 070129645, trading as Accreditation Manager.
– Official Records
Student name, School, Grade/Year, Guardians name, Guardian’s email address and Guardian’s mobile phone number. These details must come from the School or appropriate Government Authority.
– Push notifications
School bus and school student information in the form of messages shown on an internet connected smartphone or tablet.
– Real time
The time taken for data transmission from the bus to the OllyCard server, and then to your internet connected smartphone or Tablet. Under ideal circumstances, in areas of good data reception and transmission, this is usually within seconds.
– Service alerts
Notifications received in relation to changes in the bus schedule from the Bus Operator
– Student Management System
A collection of software and hardware devices provided by Accreditation Manager for Bus Operators for the purpose of recording student information and documenting bus usage.
– Student Travel Pass
A plastic RFID Card issued by the school or Bus Operator as evidence of ‘authorised to travel’.
